Abstract
Jean-François Bayart pose la question de la nature de la crise comme de la guerre en essayant de comprendre le lien de causalité entre l’un et l’autre au regard de travaux historiques. Il conclut sur l’angle mort de la banalisation de l’Etat policier.
From crisis to war?
Jean-François Bayart raises the question of the nature of crisis and war, attempting to understand the causal link between the two in light of historical research. He concludes by highlighting the blind spot of the normalisation of the police state.
