Abstract

The originality of the contribution has put in system, for an executive project, digital instruments (different from each other). The methodology has developed aspects of method, tools, skills and results: coordinating tools (Mc4energy©, Tally©), preparing the BIM Execution Plan, identifying the BIM modeler and coordinator, managing the information with Overview and Detailed BIM Use Map. The results of the research, financed in the A.A. 2017-18 by “Sapienza” in synergy with the Energy Plan, benefit the entire community: by implementing digital instruments, more effective methods and databases are produced for the project and the management over time of interventions for energy-environmental efficiency and indoor well-being. The paradigm shift takes place with industry 4.0.
