Nowadays, urban monitoring are often interrelated with the innovations introduced by BigData and the neologism “datization”, passing from the collection of a limited number of datapoints to the accumulation of as much data as possible, regardless of their future uses. The paper focuses on the production phase of data from the monitoring of environmental variables by using several measurement stations spread on the territory. The aim is to identify operational problems and possible solutions for a bottom-up construction of BigData datasets. ER -
