In 2023, the 22nd edition of the international congress of the SEH (Societas Europaea Herpetologica) will take place. The event, which will bring together academic herpetologists, amateur herpers, conservationists, biologists and policy makers from all over the European continent is scheduled for September 4th-8th, in the magnificent scenery of the Springfield Campus at the University of Wolverhampton (UK).

The congress will feature plenary lectures held by top scientists, specific parallel sessions focusing on the most trending topics in herpetology, social events to build and reinforce the personal and professional relationships between experts from all over the continent, and a rich offering of talks, lectures and poster sessions. Three interesting post-conference field trips, finally, are proposed on September 9th for those who want to discover the natural and cultural wonders of the West Midlands. 

Abstracts can be submitted until June 30th, while early bid registration with a reduced fee has been extended until July 10th. The final deadline for the registration to the 22nd European Congress of Herpetology, paying the regular fee, is August 4tth. Travel grants and discounts are available for students fulfilling the eligibility criteria.
