PERCORSI FORMATIVI PER GENITORI, INSEGNANTI ED EDUCATORI, PER UN RINNOVATO PATTO EDUCATIVO DI CONTRASTO AL CYBERBULLISMO

Abstract

Il contributo presenta un’esperienza di formazione per la prevenzione e la lotta ai fenomeni del bullismo e delle devianze giovanili. Il progetto, articolato in dieci incontri della durata di tre ore ciascuno, è stato rivolto a docenti e genitori di quattro istituti comprensivi della Provincia di Perugia, per approfondire i temi della relazione in Rete e della prevenzione ai fenomeni di bullismo, cyberbullismo e devianza giovanile. In un’ottica seminariale, la struttura di ogni incontro ha dato particolare rilievo alle esercitazioni pratiche, favorendo l’approccio laboratoriale al fine di fornire una reale esperienza di apprendimento che potesse avere una ricaduta diretta e virtuosa sulle relazioni fra insegnanti, genitori e studenti. Il percorso formativo ha guidato i partecipanti nell’apprendimento di una metodologia in grado di rapportarsi in maniera dinamica ai continui mutamenti degli scenari tecnologici, per prevenire atti di bullismo e gestire comportamenti problematici e criticità all’interno della scuola.

The contribution presents a training experience for the prevention and fight against bullying and youth deviances. The project, divided into ten meetings lasting three hours each, addressed teachers and parents from four comprehensive schools in the Province of Perugia, to study in depth the issues of online relationship and prevention of bullying, cyberbullying and youth deviance. From a seminar point of view, the structure of each meeting gave particular importance to practical exercises, favoring the laboratorial approach in order to provide a real learning experience that could have a direct and virtuous impact on the relationships between teachers, parents and students. The training path guided the participants’ learning of a methodology that is able to relate dynamically to the continuous changes of the technological scenarios, to prevent bullying and to manage problematic behaviors and critical issues within the school.
