Roversi, un libro aperto

Abstract

In order to support the eclecticism and multi-layered nature of Roversi’s long literary itinerary, the persistent traces of tragic knowledge that conditioned his youthful formation should be identified, along with the historical and philosophical studies that oriented his characteristic heretical historicism. On a more strictly literary level, this paper traces his relations with traditions and with the avant-garde, not only Italian, as well as the centrality that novels have in Roversi’s work.
