Abstract

Textual and exegetical analysis of the epilogue of Callimachus’ Aitia (fr. 112 Pf.): the goddess mentioned there appears to be Cyrene, and Callimachus probably drew on the section devoted to her in Hesiod’s Catalogue of Women.
