Abstract
This paper considers two passages of Lys. 24 of difficult interpretation: at Lys. 24.9 reading τοῦτον (in lieu of τοιοῦτον), with reference to the prosecutor, could simplify a syntax that otherwise would be quite stiff; at Lys. 24.13 there is no need to integrate <θεσμοτῆται> after οἱ δέ, nor is it necessary to suppose the thesmotetai are alluded to, if we give to οἱ δέ the meaning of “the others”.
