Abstract
Quale effetto ha Internet sul nostro modo di pensare e sulle nostre azioni quotidiane? Quali sono i fattori e le dinamiche che agiscono durante l’utilizzo di Internet e che condizionano la nostra vita? L'articolo presenta una nuova prospettiva teorica che analizza l'utilizzo del web sociale nell’arco di vita, partendo dai concetti di organo funzionale e strumentalità inversa. L’obiettivo è quello di esplorare i processi che sottendono l'uso del social web e che determinano quando un massiccio utilizzo può essere problematico o sviluppare un potenziamento delle abilità umane.
What are the effects of the Internet on the way we think and on our daily actions? What are the factors and the dynamics that affect our lives while we use the Internet? This article shows a new theoretical point of view that analyzes the use of the social web in our lives, starting from the concepts of functional organ and inverse instrumentality. The aim is to explore the processes underlying the use of the social web and determining when this use becomes problematic or develops an empowerment of human abilities.
