PREVENZIONE DEL CYBERBULLISMO: L’USO DEL BLOG PER EDUCARE I RAGAZZI ALLE CORRETTE MODALITÀ DI COMUNICAZIONE IN RETE

Abstract

Il presente articolo vuole raccontare l’esperienza di un progetto di cittadinanza digitale, svolto dalla seconda C dell’IPSSEOA di Polignano a Mare (BA) nell’ambito delle attività di prevenzione e contrasto al cyberbullismo. All’interno di questo progetto è stato avviato un blog con l’esigenza di costruire un luogo online che permettesse agli studenti di riflettere sull’uso delle parole nella comunicazione in rete, sperimentando in prima persona le corrette modalità per diventare cittadini attivi sui temi dell’innovazione tecnologica e dei diritti fondamentali in internet, contro ogni forma di cyberbullismo e in generale contro ogni forma di discorsi d’odio, per aiutare i ragazzi a costruire un senso di responsabilità individuale e collettiva nell’abitare i mondi virtuali.

This article presents the experience of a digital citizenship project carried out with the students of the class second C of the IPSSEOA, a secondary school in Polignano a Mare (BA), for preventing and contrasting cyberbullying. Within this project, a blog was started with the idea of building an online site that would allow students to reflect on the use of words in online communication and experience firsthand the correct ways to become active citizens on the themes of technological innovation and fundamental rights on the Internet, against all forms of cyberbullying and in general against all forms of hate speech. Students were then helped in building a sense of individual and collective responsibility in living the virtual worlds.
