Abstract
The aim of my reflections on Slavic linguistics is to present the relationship between different fields of research in Slavic studies and in linguistics. In my opinion, the linguistic theory in its different aspects must provide the basis for the research in Slavic linguistics, inasmuch as any linguistic investigation represents a re-thinking of our categorisation of the phenomena that we encounter.
