Abstract

This bibliography updates a previous work mirroring the image of Polish Jewry in the Italian editorial and cultural panorama. The main part of the bibliography covers books translated from Polish (and Yiddish) and essays (books and short articles) which concern our theme. However its structure differs from that of the previous paper as a short section, devoted to literary works written in different languages (mainly English and Hebrew, but also Italian and one in French) has been added. In the Introduction, starting from an article published by Pietro Marchesani in 1979, the author traces a short story of the success of the Polish Jewish theme in Italian Slavic Studies.
