Silvia Coderoni is Senior Assistant Professor (fixed term) at the University of Teramo. She obtained a PhD in Economics at the Politechnic Università Politecnica delle Marche. Her main research interests focus on the evaluation of agri-environmental policies, farm level sustainability assessments, economics of climate change mitigation in the agricultural sector and sustainable consumption.

Simone Cerroni is an Associate Professor at the University of Trento and Queen’s University Belfast. His research focuses on decision making under risk and uncertainty with particular focus on agri-food applications. Most of his research explores consumer and farmer behaviour using experimental economic methods. His research outputs have been published in the Journal of Economic Behaviour and Organization, European Review of Agricultural Economics, Food Policy, Agricultural Economics and other journals in the agri-food sector.

Davide Menozzi is an Associate Professor at the University of Parma. He has been involved in several national and EU research projects since 2000, focusing on the analysis of consumer behaviour and preferences, the economic analysis of food safety and food quality schemes with a supply chain perspective, and the evaluation of the socio-economic sustainability of dietary behaviours. He is an active member in various scientific societies including the Italian Association of Agricultural and Applied Economists (AIEAA) and the European Association of Agricultural Economists (EAAE).

Donato Romano is Full Professor at the University of Florence, where he is also the Director of the PhD Program in Development Economics and Local Systems – DELoS. He has been President of the Italian Association of Agricultural and Applied Economists (AIEAA) and Vice-President of the Italian Economic Association. He is currently a member of the board of the European Association of Agricultural Economists (EAAE). His research interests are development microeconomics with a focus on agricultural households in LDCs, food and nutrition security analysis, agricultural and rural development in LDCs.
