Abstract

The Social Health Educator is a figure defined in Italian law, with a health and social profile, who operates in educational and rehabilitation fields. The definition of professional skills is useful for guiding professionals, for recipients of care services, for stakeholders and for programmers of economic and staff resources. The target users, the central and complementary professional skills are analyzed through the revision of the works on the “core competence” of the Social Health Educator, which have been published until now.

 

Le “competenze core” dell’Educatore professionale. Modelli proposti e sintesi di letteratura

L’Educatore Professionale è una figura regolamentata in Italia, con un profilo sanitario e sociale che opera nei campi dell’educazione e della riabilitazione. La definizione di competenze di una professione è utile per orientare i professionisti, per i destinatari dei servizi di cura, per i “portatori d’interesse” e per i programmatori delle risorse economiche e di personale. I target di utenza, le competenze professionali centrali e complementari, sono analizzati attraverso la revisione dei lavori sulle “core competence” dell’Educatore Professionale, fino ad oggi pubblicati.
