Oltre domani: futuro, progresso e divino nell’emancipazionismo italiano tra Otto e Novecento

Abstract

The article follows the history of the Italian women’s political movement, considering its different political sectors and protagonists. The focus is pointed on the idea of the future, in relation with politics, society and religion. The emancipationists sustained different models of society, with different balances between rights and duties, but all of them elaborated a new conception of human relationships for the future, especially between men and women: the strong idea of a new and better society.
