Abstract
Imagine a new way of working within universities, in order to achieve more effective results of transfer of knowledge and skills based on concrete case studies more easily communicable, even outside of disciplinary boundaries, and contribute ultimately to a greater diffusion of innovative design practices. These objectives were the basis for the birth of Pro Energy Systems srl (PEnSy), that was started in 2007 at the University of Camerino to develop conceptual frameworks concerning the architectural integration of renewable energy, energy savings, and the sustainability of design actions. The goal of the project was to build up feasibility oriented competences through real world examples which were linked with regional conditions and productive infrastructures. In the meantime the spin-off project demonstrated the University ca-pability to create possible business opportunities and dynamize the local economy through “demonstrators” objects.Downloads
