Abstract

The construction sector is the protagonist of a digital revolution that involved the entire building process both in the technological innovation linked to production and in the change of perspective and operational methodology. Thanks to the increasing development of the management models of the building process and of the IT systems that have facilitated its integration and management of information, the building has come to be considered as the protagonist of a process to follow throughout the evolution of its life cycle. The article relates the executive project to process and product innovation related to the Facility Management operating mode, grasping the benefits deriving from the implementation potential of BIM systems in its oriented version to the web and servers.
