Abstract
The author pauses to found the changes and the essentially methodological choice that, for the evaluation rules - and, in particular, for the training of engineers and architects - has become possible in last decades of the 20th century. Thanks to the use of widespread computer systems and reticular technique direct to the specifications and evaluations it is possible to direct the preferences to the analytical methods of evaluation, that have become more safe and reliable. The inquiry also includes a significant number of examples of experiences that were unusual until now and instead now are fields of observations and forecasts of considerable interest, in particular for the specialization of engineers and architects.
