The association is non-profit and pursues civic, solidarity, and social utility purposes, through the performance, exclusively or primarily, of one or more of the following activities of general interest, in the form of voluntary action or free provision of money, goods or services, or mutual or production or exchange of goods or services:
a) education, training, and vocational training, as well as cultural activities of social interest with educational purposes;
b) university and post-university education;
c) scientific research of particular social interest;
d) organization and management of cultural, artistic, or recreational activities of social interest, including activities, also editorial, aimed at promoting and disseminating culture and the practice of volunteering and general interest activities referred to in this article;
e) extra-curricular training, aimed at preventing school dropout and promoting educational success, preventing bullying, and combating educational poverty;
f) commercial, productive, educational and informational activities, promotion, representation, licensing of certification marks, carried out within or in favor of fair trade sectors, understood as a commercial relationship with a producer operating in an economically disadvantaged area, usually located in a developing country, based on a long-term agreement aimed at promoting the producer's access to the market and providing for fair prices, development measures in favor of the producer, and the producer's obligation to ensure safe working conditions, in compliance with national and international regulations, in order to allow workers to lead a free and dignified existence, and to respect trade union rights, as well as to commit to combating child labor;
g) services aimed at the insertion or reintegration into the labor market of workers and individuals.
