Abstract

The emergency educational situation in the current post-modern and multicultural society makes the school-family relationship increasingly complex. It is imperative that family and school share responsibility for the education of the new generations. Good practices are necessary to respond to these new needs. With this in mind, a research project was launched in the Province of Trento in 2018, conducted from a service-perspective, aimed at producing useful knowledge for practitioners. This paper therefore reports the main findings of the field research and the systematic analysis of previous literature.
