Il paradigma della cura e il sostegno alle famiglie di minori che hanno compiuto reati

Abstract

Starting from a reflection on the concept of care within educational research, this paper explores the applicability of this paradigm to support parenting in families of minors who have committed offences. Through a brief analysis of the literature on this topic and data relating to the main crimes committed, the paper identifies some good practices within the Italian context. The emerging picture outlines the importance of integrated care, actively involving families. Future research should further explore the perspectives of both parents and minors involved in criminal behavior.
