Abstract

This study presents a scoping review of Italian pedagogical literature published between 2019 and 2025, investigating the relationship between family and parental fragility and educational, socio-educational, and social care services. From 5.281 articles screened, 128 were included, confirming the marginal attention devoted to this issue in top-tier pedagogical journals. Findings highlight the prevalence of theoretical and qualitative studies, with a focus on early childhood services and social inclusion, while also stressing the need for stronger evaluation of interventions and for promoting collaborative practices between families and services.
