The paper is focused on the topic of corporal and psychological punishment at school and at home, taking into consideration the posture of educators (teachers, educators, or parents) accompanying the training of young generations, through a theoretical model of the psycho-pedagogical field: namely, the “stroke’s theory” and the “warm cognition”, as educational strategies, necessary for the learning and training, in today’s studies. The “stroke’s theory” poses itself as a possible itinerary: an educational and didactic ap- proach, aimed at the well-being of all subjects in training.
