Abstract
The paper treats of the potential of the Open Content Systems for collaborative planning starting from the analysis of a planning experience.
The first part describes a share of the planning history of the Management Agency of Torre Guaceto’s Natural Reserve and analyses the evolving nature of the organizational and cognitive frameworks of the plan.
In the second part the paper introduces the concept of Open Content Systems (OCA) and describes the objectives that were identified for planning a OCA aimed at supporting the Management Agency of Torre Guaceto’s Natural Reserve in planning and interaction with the communities, in order to manage the knowledge distributed in deliberative environments.
