Abstract

This essay starts from the consideration that the perceived landscape is not only that we are used to think, of adult people which are involved in the landscape planning, but it is also the landscape of children, especially of babyhood. Their looking over the environment merit to reflect on question which has been till now the approach to landscape in its numerous and different declinations. The aim of essay is to describe “another landscape” and to propose guide lines to read through two communicating and linked levels: one at the interdisciplinary scale of sciences that manage with the territoriality, thus the child is an active part of territory; another one at the scale of child itself that through his eyes toward the world make possible building links that, later, will produce the adult landscape coherence.
