Abstract

Confronted by the more and more complex social and cultural structures of our times and the more and more varied debates on contemporary garden projects, an imperative need for research arises which would allow us to find comprehensive instruments and interpretation viewpoints for new realisations.
As in ancient times, the garden continues to be a reflection of the world that bore it and at the same time contains it. By translating itself both ethically and aesthetically, with its own formalisms and the 'idea' that such a world generates. Finally it creates a work open to critical interpretation on how new relationships between man and nature and the millenary art of gardening, that stems from it, came into relation.
