Abstract

Starting from the dialectic landscape’s definition that Robert Smithson give about the Central Park of New York, the text explores some possible principle about a ethic of urban landscape transformation.
The same principle are at the root of one planning/designing model for news dialectics urban landscapes, founded on the concept of species of opens spaces.
