Abstract

Recent technological changes in the field of cartography and geographic information have changed the ways of operating. Are new actions for the collection and construction of information and there are various processes by which information becomes knowledge. Becomes important to do some order in the elements that define the matter and provide a general description update and reasoned on the topic.
