Abstract
The paper presents a brief overview of the curricula of four European Countries which have long adopted an integrated model of education, having as a focus of deepening the topic of the relationship between educational services and families, between educators/teachers and parents. The holistic and integrated approach of education, well-being and child development expressed in these documents is the background and supports a complex and inclusive discursiveness towards the plurality of family histories and configurations, giving form to original and quality modes of cooperation, understanding and collaboration for educational contexts. The focus on some concepts and the lexical choices supporting them is considered useful to “project” us into a next integrated national curriculum, capable of expressing both a culture of continuity and change, and a real interdependence between contexts and subjects, which are relevant for child development.
