Abstract

The literature on well-being, especially post-pandemic, focuses on Student Well-being and the development of well-being skills to facilitate well-being in learning and professional contexts. The paper presents a research project developed as part of the teff Academy, Teacher Academy Erasmus+ aimed at promoting cooperation among stakeholders in initial and continuing teacher education. Precisely, the results of the first qualitative sub-phase of an exploratory mixed methods research with sequential architecture aimed at investigating whether and how university teaching can support the development of well-being skills valuable both during university and, later, in the professional context are presented.
