Abstract

The new regional landscape plan comes as the implementation of the PIT (Territorial Address Plan of Region) as pursuant to art. 143 of the Codice dei beni culturali e del paesaggio and to art. 33 of L.R. n. 1/2005 Norme per il Governo del Territorio (Rules for the Government of the territory). The plan consists of three main parts: Plan Document, Discipline landscape, knowledge chart.
