First finding highlight the variety of profiles, attitudes, competences, level of professionalisms and practices of the educators involved in these centers, while give evidence of the increasing complexities of working with children and adults together and also show significant gaps between the ‘discourse’ of the educators on their role, and the practices observed. Emergent is the need of professional development and of innovative/new opportunities of professional grown.
