Abstract

The attractiveness of educational professions is increasingly at the centre of a growing debate involving academics, policymakers, and education stakeholders. This contribution presents an initiative carried out at the University of Florence aimed at fostering reflection on this topic. Specifically, it presents the results of a qualitative analysis of nine pitches developed by university students enrolled in the Bachelor’s Degree programme in Education and Training Sciences who participated in an Educathon as part of the Erasmus+ project TEFF “Teacher Education for a Future in Flux”. The contribution provides a map of representations and possible levers for making the teaching profession more recognised and attractive.

Come incoraggiare l’attrattività delle professioni educative? Proposte e riflessioni dall’esperienza Educathon.
