No 27 (2024): Project and regulation

Issue Description

The volume brings together research, experimental design, and essays, aimed at enhancing the scientific and technical expertise expressed in the project through regulations and through the concepts of: feasibility (see the use of meta-design tools for design guidance, according to the needs-performance approach, to formulate flexible solutions with respect to demand dynamics); verification (see calculation verifications, simulations, tests, etc.); evaluability (see the measurability of actual performance compared to expected performance); validation (see sharing and consensus on the compliance of the project and the works).
With reference to the complexity and uncertainty factors outlined, the volume explores the possible paths that identify the relationship between Project and Regulation, balancing prescription and consensus, direction and control, to guide the project towards the quality of interventions at various scales.
